Undamaged goods can be refunded within 30 days after receiving the goods. Once the returned items are returned to Newbelle Beauty's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
After receiving and reviewing your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you to approve or reject your refund.
The item must include the original packaging, including all accessories
For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs, and Newbelle Beauty refunds the cost of the product itself
If the product does not meet the above requirements, the return may be rejected
For products that exceed this 30-day window, refund requests for non-quality issues cannot be processed. For purchases not made directly through the Newbelle Beauty online store, please contact the retailer for a refund.
If the return request is approved, we will process your refund and automatically add the credit limit to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or lost refund (if applicable)
There are some delays in the refund. If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially released. Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before refunds.
